All I needed to assemble these chairs was a side cutter to cut the 3 cable ties to free the electric cords, plug them in. - slide in the backs of chairs, done. assembled in about 5 mins each chair. Its not of best quality but once you use it for a few days you get slowly used to the chair. it's a good product but not a great product. I guess how much you pay is how much you get. I have seen ones in store which are a lot more comfortable but double the price. so I guess for the price its a good product. thank you
I was very grateful to receive this chair relatively quickly and at a very affordable price, after knee replacement surgery. It was super easy to put together and works like a dream. I even sleep in it as my KRS means without any strength in my knee, or an installed lifting trapeze, I cannot arise from my bed.
Nothing wrong with the chair. Only problem was with the delivery. Left it outside on the pallet and I never had any help to unpack it and take it inside. The pallet alone was quite heavy to move as I have a back issue. I is still sitting outside. Apart from delivery everything is OK. A new delivery firm might help your business. Thank You. R. R. The back just clicks in so when you try and move the chair you need to mind how you grab it as the back rest lifts out every time. It would be better if the back rest secured into place. Overall not a bad chair for the price. Hopefully the seat will soften up over time as it is very very firm. The communication process was not very good to the point I thought I had been scammed. We got the chair delivered so all ends well.
