Hello Team, Thank you for the fast delivery, I am so happy with my order! The only issue I had was with the delivery driver β Hunter Express β as they did not offer to help my mother carry the mattress inside. We did not expect him to unpack it etc, just help lift it out from the entrance of the front of our house into our hallway which is by the front door so there was no excuse as he wouldnβt of even had to come inside. I think this is very poor service and they need to do better!

The mattress quality is absolute perfect but the delivery service is not a big help at all. The delivery person did not bring up or even helped in bringing up the mattress despite the heaviness.
